Please register a complaint with ombudsman. Ypu can submit 30 dyas after first complaint to slice, as they are the first poc. In the complaint mention in detail that ur account was frozen, you send yr request to slice on so ans so date, amd escalated to nodal officer of the bank on so and so date.

BO are normally helfull to customers.
