BOP ten years is a long time, what stage did this diagnosis start? Was it with helping her father for money? If it was your father would you keep a count? You should try therapy to understand what the core issue is, narcissist is always often a misused word, ten years is a long time to have invested in a relationship, try marriage counselling n save the relationship before jumping into accusatory mode an honest advice here.
