in india it is deliberately kept in a legal grey area , they dont want to outright ban it at the same time they dont want to properly legalize and regulate it , this creates a problem for both the service users and service providers plus the gender biased sexual harassment and rape laws heavily favour women making the consumerss at risk to potentil false rape charges etc , india is a race of ugly looking people , a skewed gender ratio and a society where caasual sex is difficult , iindia should properly lleglize and regulate sex work that wouldd be beneficial for both the service provider and consumer.
