May 8, 2025 at 3:16 amNo lawyer will guide you. In 99% cases, they will drag this unnecessarily.
Counsellor also of no help. Rarely you will find a genuine person who values both parties and makes necessary decisions.
I am not getting judgemental here or partial. Even though she is not appearing in court, court will make certain judgements but that also can be challenged. I have seen a case where the lady was at fault still no result. Nobody wants to move on and what kind of grudge they carry at this age it’s beyond imagination.
Try to find a lady close to her who can convince her the future. If she wants to patch up or move ahead, that should happen sooner.
Because it will affect both of youBBrightwolf9331

May 5, 2025 at 8:05 pmWrite an email buddy. They won’t accept handwritten letters bcoz they do it intentionally.
In the email, write to share the location, timestamp and device id thru which this FD was created. Also, file an FIR in nearby cyber cell. Handover the FIR letter to SBI manager asking for received acknowledgment.
These SBI leeches are pathetic. They created a MF by taking my mother’s signature and saying some KYC update to the pension account.
After I returned from US, I took this thru official channel but nothing happened. But I trapped the manager and that agent digitally and they literally ran after me for days. And that satisfaction.. uff.. and that agent was a lady btw.April 29, 2025 at 5:15 am in reply to: Tenant wants to register LLP in rented residential apartment #6113BBrightwolf9331

March 11, 2025 at 4:47 amPossibly a clickbait/glamourous role of yours which he wants to encash.
NOM. This is my assumption based on what you wrote. I have seen this in one of the companies where a lady employee sent to East from Bangalore just she has beauty but not at par with skills and she was replaced in a year after the setup and project sign-off.
Note: Not doubting your skills hereBBrightwolf9331

March 1, 2025 at 5:36 amRBI Ombudsman not working effectively these days with so many cases pending.
Try with the bank and highlight in all social media with emails sent to their heads.
I fought for my case for 3.5 months with ICICI. Luckily I have a voice recording and sent over email to head customer care and immediately I got call from Mumbai after Hyderabad team trying to suppress the issues. They sent me an apology letter over email as well.
First RBI Omb closed my case saying ICICI team responded with the clarification and the same has been accepted by you. When I again replied they said file another after 30 days and wait for their response firstBBrightwolf9331
