If he has given us free will and still allows for people to suffer at the hands of others. That’s sadistic behavior. 

If you had two children would you wait for one to kill the other before you decide to stop or punish him?

No you’d try your best to not let your kids fight and hurt each other even though they have free will. Because you don’t like to see your children suffer when you can stop it. 

God doesnt do that. So either hes weak, absent or enjoys it

God will not give anyone anything. 

You have to take it yourself. 

If god existed and is omnipotent, there shouldn’t be so much misery on earth. Either god doesn’t exist or he relishes on our suffering like some sadist.

God doesn’t exist. Plenty evil men running free while their victims died paying for divine retribution. 

If you want to do something about it then do it now yourself.  Otherwise keep quiet.

I don’t see the point of your post if you are not willing to pursue it legally why even ask
