15k .can’t tell if that amount is way too high untill see the size of mirror . Even if it is broken 20% it affects the aesthetic .
since accident caused from your side morally and legally you are responsible to compensate .

What ever you do make sure there are evidence to back your claim . Like take a video of this guy following you . If there no chance to take video .make eye witness .seek help of others tell them you are followed by this guy . Stab only as last resort .there are things you can do before that .like slap the face or kick his baby maker

Do not contact them again or answer their calls .go straight to your local police station . No need to panic .it is most likely scam .it is very easy to get anyones ID here in India
