Do you want a divorce? Is this a Knee jerk reaction because you are hurt or this is something that’s non negotiable with you?
Have you had a past of affection with anyone else? (At times dirt too comes out when you dig)
Will forgiving be possible? You find space that trust can be built again?

Now legal it is not that laws are tilted towards women but see it from logic if she is earning lesser than you ( which usually happens because of family responsibilities and care etc etc, they The’s to take career slow than a male spouse. not sure of that’s your case or not. But law only says equal lifestyle as that of spouse. So you get to be logical here too
