As someone in the Banking industry, I can confidently say that SBI won’t fire him for his mistake, they may chargesheet him or maybe give him a salary reduction. That said persuing this matter further or not is entirely upto you given the fact that it was your own relatives who started this, if you were to extract justice for this breach of privacy you have to sue your relatives too to be fair.
