To answer OP, I think dropping a text to her after along the lines of “Hey, i had a lovely time. I hope you did too” should be fine. February 4, 2025 at 3:19 pmIndian law provides safeguards against false cases, including perjury (Section 191 & 193 IPC) and punishment for false complaints (Section 211 IPC).
Courts take strict action against false cases, and no one can simply “extort” money without legal proceedings, evidence, and due process.
Instead of spreading unfounded rumors, if you truly want to discuss legal rights, focus on actual cases with verifiable facts rather than perpetuating sexist narratives. -
