See , you are in a situation where someone is giving you rape threats. Do you understand the seriousness of this ???????
You are scared you can’t tell you parents ???
You are safe untill he decides to do something. Will you wait for him to do something or protect yourself ??

Tell your parents . File a police complaint. All the other problems can be fought with later. Fix this first. I feel it will be better to go to police . Complain against him in police station. Police ka danda padega line pe aajayeg.

Not a lawyer .

1. You should immediately inform your parents about this .
2. File a complaint with the police.
3. Try to get some proof if that’s possible without risking youself.
4. You have to keep people in loop about this.

5 . Also make an official complaint with the principal or dean of your college .

Dont take this lightly. He deserves to get his ass whooped .

Also I feel you should mention your city. Someone might be able to help you if they are from the same city.
