CIn India, a man cannot file a rape case against a Woman.
If both are minors, then the girl can file a rape case saying consent was taken with false promise or by threat.
CYou were not engaged or married. But still you wanted to tell her mother and show pics to prove that she is cheating.Is she underage? Of not then whats the purpose of involving her mother?
