Practically there isn’t much you can do. It’s not some public defamation. Baically she is telling false stories about you in private to your relatives.

Proving such cases is difficult, even with electronic evidence. It would be a waste of time and money.

        No. False.

Show me the FSSAI guideline stating that Paneer should only be made from MIlk.

No, they don’t mention which type of paneer. But won’t be considered as a fraud as both are paneer as per law.

It is not considered a Fake Paneer as per FSSAI.

Officially there are two versions of Paneer. One is made from dairy and another is from palm oil.

So you cannot take legal action. As Palm Oil Paneer is legal.

No, you can’t. Police will ask to settle. She is a woman. You are in India and not America.

DO you think its normal behaviour to send someone’s pics to their parents?

Ignore. It’s a scam. Website itself looks sketchy.

Say you withdraw money from ATM and later a thief steals it. Does it become the banks fault?

Basically, you are claiming someone hacked your mobile device accessed card details & OTP. ow is this banks fault?

File a police complaint against the person who scammed you.

RBI and ICICI can only help you if information was compromised from their end.

Since these were personal transactions there isn’t much you can do. It will be hard to prove in court. Such persons will tell lies in court also.

You can consult a lawyer and file false cases under harsh laws. Basically the lawyer will ask to tell a fake story that the boyfriend raped you and extorted money from you by blackmail. In such cases, police will definitely arrest him.

Currently, you do not have the automatic right to cancel an order on Swiggy.

If they do allow you to cancel on certain circumstances than you will have to pay cancellation fees.

Restaurants usually start prapring the food right from the first minute. So it will be a waste of resources if cancellation is allowed.

If you *find a chicken bone in complete Vegetarian food* then thats is a restaurant issue. Swiggy or Zomato cannot verify or quality control few million orders everyday. They are primarily a listing & delivery service. So take your case with the restaurant.

Β *shared the details with her boyfriend because I believed he deserved to know the truth.*

This was your biggest mistake. Girls when caught usually will claim rape. This happens when parents catch the girl also. You should have never informed her BF.

With rape allegations she has been able to transform herself from a cheater to a survivor/victim.

Save all the electronic proof like messages & call recordings. Be on good terms with your friends who were witness.

Cut off all communication with her & her boyfriend. If she files a complaint and the police call you to the station, then be ready with a detailed story of your defence. If a police case is filed then best to hire a lawyer immediately and also inform your family.
