CIt has been 1 month , the grievance officer did not take any action, not even forwarded. Have sent reminder few times. Not sure if grievance forgot his credentials to log into PG portal…..simply no action…..just pending.CCould you please tell what was the cagory you selected ?
I assume you chose Consumer Affairs Dept in PG portal , what is the category you chose ?
CDid you register any complaint in PG portal against any consumer complaints ?Was that successful ?

My experience on PG portal was baf , PG portal did not even forward consumer complaints to company.
Forget NCH , nowadays companies does not take NCH seriously. This is because they are toothless. Company closes ticket by giving any reason.
CYou don’t know something..1. You can book tatkaal using irctc app.
2 You don’t need a govt job. You need a job that gives a good salary to run your family comfortably. Govt jobs salaries are less and you wait to wait for that pay commission for salary revision once in a decade. You kids education , family & medical expenses shall not wait for that pay raise. You take up a job that fulfills that.

Name that person in your application , entire case.
Judge will summon SP. SP is forced to take action to save his post.
Hire a Senior Advocate. Yes, It costs money but your problem will be solved.
