Unfortunately, you can’t do anything legally about it. I think you are looking for other ways, but this is not the sub for that. So, everyone here will tell you that take it as a lesson. 6k isn’t a big amount but it is for you, if you are looking to recover it through other means that might not go as you expect and you might have to face legal consequences then trust me you will find that forgetting 6k would have been preferable to losing twice that amount in a day. With money, do not trust anyone!

You are wrong, doctors earn more. In India people are always sick and they can’t afford to be sick because they have to work, so when they feel even a slight ache in the neck because they slept wrong, they go to doctor, where he prescribes them painkillers and unnecessary acidity suppressor and for that he charges 500 rs, someplace even more.

For 10 minutes of their time doctors are at least making 500rs on average, suppose they work 5 hours a day, that makes 15k per day. You can do the remaining math.

High court has jurisdiction over almost any lower court and can grant stay order against proceedings if your case is strong.

You can approach High Court maybe if you have any evidence in your favor.
