Mine is the last flat within our building boundary and they made a garbage disposal right next to the boundary outside. The distance from my balcony to the garage unit would be 2 feet at max. Since it is right in front of my flat, I get all the horrible smell and pests and insects the most. The flat next to me also has issues with this and we are fighting on this issue together. The flats above me has a new renter and they keep the windows and door closed all the time

This is what we have thought as a final action. We were trying to see if there was any other option. I am not sure if a police complaint is a feasible option
