You suggested that my marriage could be null and void and can file for annulment.
But my marriage was done as per proper Hindu culture and rituals and we both belong to Hindu religion.Also in evidence, I can only show my spouse’s whatsapp chat where he mentally abused me and verbally say my parents forced me. Not more than this?
Can I still get annulment on forced marriage basis?
CWe have been married for one week. Before 3 months our marriage got fixed. From then all this has startedCThank you . I understand this. I have been facing the abuses, controlling attitude from last 3 months right from day 1 of my courtship period. The things will worsen now as I am married. My parents didn’t support and took his side when he was abusing me.Do you think things will settle down?

Will law favour him or drag divorce if he protests???CNo sir. I dont want to spoil anyone’s life. I dont need alimony or any sort of money from him. But I dont want this marriage.Only concern is there is no support for me. I dont think my parents/ siblings will help me in this. I am naive and get influenced by my parents/family.
But I want to get out of this ASAP.

In Annulment, what if husband doesn’t want to give divorce. Does he have any right to fight not to give divorce. Or will it favourable to me only??For option2: what if the spouse protests that he doesn’t want to give divorce?
