April 8, 2025 at 6:39 amTP cases involving death, driving under the influence, and cases where the judge feels the person is purposely avoiding court, a warrant has been issued in such cases. There is no unlimited third party coverage for any insurance policy, they are running a business and can’t afford to have unlimited coverage it’s neither practical or feasible. It all depends on the policy and I believe 10 lakhs is the minimum coverage required

April 8, 2025 at 2:53 amIn case he gets in any accident where someone is injured/death and if fir is filed, the owner of the vehicle would also have to attend court or hire a lawyer, if they do not hire a lawyer or attend the hearing, a warrant may be issued for their arrest. And if the claim of the accident exceeds the insurance coverage the owner of the vehicle will be held liable. If in case your relative wants your family to co-sign on their auto loan, it’s a different story altogether.April 2, 2025 at 9:17 am in reply to: My dad wanting me to use the fake OBC certificate for a competitive exam. #22835CCoolshashwat427

March 22, 2025 at 9:37 amIf the amount has been deducted more than 6 months ago, usually you can’t dispute. There is a statute of limitation for this. It’s your duty to have constant check on the balance if you haven’t noticed for more than 6 months it gets difficult for them to investigate.March 22, 2025 at 8:45 am in reply to: Bank says I took money off my Forex card in an Ireland ATM.
