Next time you get money in your account, keep it and say that its your money. Refuse to give it back to him and he will stop using your identity for whatever he is doing.

Apart from that possibility, it would be very difficult to sell the flat if you later needed to. Most people depend on loans and wont be able to buy it.

They may ask you later to give caste validity certificate which is issued by state govt after they verify your original caste cert and many other things. You can get caught many years later and lose everything.
