Document all the evidence, but don’t give her anymore reinforcement in the form of attention. Everytime you panic and call her, she feels satisfied with herself for getting exactly what she wanted. People like this are so frustrating to deal with and don’t realise how evil their actions are and will blame everyone but themselves.
