All he wrote is *main gate of apartment* not __apartment complex__.

Here on Reddit, the ones who write their side first get all the sympathy and support even without knowing facts or the other side’s pov.

Who knows what was the actual reason for OP’s family to reject the proposal? Maybe their demands were not fully met? Otherwise why it was not rejected then and there at the time of first meeting itself? Why wait for months?

NAL. Trademarks are registered for different classes. Also, when we file for trademark, it is published in the journal for certain days during which anyone can contest that trademark. Since you got your trademark, the other company didn’t contest your claim so they cannot do so now. But did you renew your trademark in 2019 or not? If it’s renewed and valid, you can reply to that notice with the help of trademark attorney.
