she’s asking me to send this letter with my company name on it in the from address. Will it create any problem if I want to pursue this case legally afterwards?

And also, I’m going to my home town for a month. Can I file case anywhere or I have to file the case in Mumbai only? If it’s latter, I will do it after a month.
