Employer PF

CTC (total)

When company tells you a number and calls it CTC then Employer PF is also included in it and hence they deduct that as well.

If the company tells you a number and calls it Gross Salary then ideally they will not deduct the Employer PF.

A screenshot of the salary breakup provided by the company would be helpful to give you more insight
