Cheating is wrong, I totally understand. But it’s nothing criminal, it’s a civil matter and rightly so. Don’t listen to this person OP. Just get a divorce and forget about her. Don’t do anything stupid by “teaching her a lesson”

Unless your MIL installed an app/app that he sent there is no way this can happen. I’m speaking as a software developer
And scanning a QR code once cannot make multiple transactions. In which app did she scan the QR?
Either your MIL is not telling you the whole story or you aren’t telling us
