It is the same with MMT, every time you cancel your booking they refund 1 rupee less and I noticed that recently when I was going through my credit card statement.
So much for the Full Refund. I’m sure even they are making crores using this sly method.
No one remembers the exact amount so that 1 rupee less is usually unnoticed.
