Now my concern is how unresponsive these guys are and adamant too. I just want to take them on and show what a normal citizen with rights can do

I am not sure if there is an agreement that I have signed where I said I will but I hardly think banks can do such agreements. So it this kind of an unofficial thing that is running ? I told these guys I will engage ombudsman but they dont seem to care at all

But I dont even know how to reach higher ups. I called customer care but they said they cant help. The representative at l&t refuses to share his manager contact details. However, I do know where the office is
