EI believe you aren’t doing anything illegal so far. If I were you, I would just list the domain name for sale. And tell the agency to simply go online and buy if they are so interested. If this agency is really working for Google they wouldn’t mind spending a few thousands at leastEI believe you are getting scammed by the agency. He should have looked for a job after his last project got over.

This looks pretty much like he had a good time taking salary for a year while being on bench and not working. Can you imagine that HR tried to place him in projects across Wipro wherever there was a vacancy but he couldn’t fit or wasn’t accepted?
He should resign and start looking for a job. Preferably not mention his Wipro employment on his CV for now as it would be difficult for him to land a job with it.
Eif its available elsewhere and you buy from there, the school won’t be able to object. Since you say that it’s not available elsewhere, the school is technically not forcing you to buy from certain vendor but availability is. No cbse or any court can do in this matter.However, students can write a collective application to principal with signature of all parents and submit a copy to CBSE board. You should clearly mention the minimal use and inability of majority students to pay. This will create enough pressure on school authorities.
EDon’t talk to your HR verbally. Communicate over email. If they give it in writing on email that even the employer part will be deducted from your salary, then they will be at major fault.Also ask for formal appointment letter which will also have clear CTC including all deductibles and in hand salary mentioned.
Nothing should be deducted from your salary except your part of PF and professional tax.
Everything else incurred insurance is their responsibility. You should not be paying for it.

Also complaining to police about the incidents at the venue might not help much. As individuals you may not have ability to lawyer up as much the opposite parties would have and legal battels are long. Police aren’t always honest and they write anything in chargesheet in such matters (who ever pays them gets the upper hand). So think twice about perusing a legal battle.
