I am so sorry to say that indian men are not male enough to resist such a bunch of awful laws that literally turns every indian man into a broke person and makes him cry for the rest of his life.
It is sorry state of gender affairs.

Without any condition, a certificate is usually given on any training completion. then it is not formal training.

If they freeze account, they are liable to give a written report on what basis they froze your account. Email them and ask for it. If they give a reason, reply prove that they are wrong and should immediately unfreeze it. If they do not reply, tender a legal notice on the same to the branch manager and the grievance officer. Also immediately register a complaint with the ombudsman’s office. Always mention the names of the persons involved from the banks side in all your communications.

If it is harassment, record all possible and then make a grievance complaint to human rights office. They will independently investigate. If your office threatens you, release the evidence, he or she will change for the rest of his or her life.

e2e encryption is there. but the keys are remained with these companies. so, these companies can anytime store all transmitted data, and decrypt them at the whip of the so-called government.

see if you can add another layer of your encryption. it is like you sending a password-protected file. if they decrypt, they can see that you have sent the file, but cannot open it.

this is unfortunately common thing happening in government sector. the technique to do so is very simple, but a bit difficult to prove until you have an insider. use your own encryption technqiue.

Bro, do not worry. There are many similar cases happened with others.

Good thing is public has identified all the rots in the judiciary system and the existing indian laws. Now citizens are well aware of them and understand the corruption practices on these rots. While India is yet to usurp the rot on papers, in practice lately, people don’t look down upon the victims. Rather the public consider the criminal-minded people who harass by misusing these rots are socially-discriminated more and more in the coming days.
