EA competent lawyer is what I am lacking right now. The lawyers I had contacted is asking good money and is not providing good legal advice. He is telling me to clear the dues and get the matter sorted, he can only help in securing bail.EI did not receive any summons/notices, also the charges that they have levied are for fraud and not for recovery, spoke to few individuals here, it is just a coercing way to recover the dues.EI am trying to avoid that, I will have to find a competent lawyer based near the court or in Kolkata. They can help with video conferencing as the warrant had a bail bond (This was advised by the Police)ENot sure why the fraud charges were levied, I will contact the bank tomorrow as today was a public holiday as I am open to settle the account by selling some Gold (my mom has offered this) but no one has ever contacted since Dec when I had to stop the payment.EI am not getting a competent lawyer over Google, I found 2 near the court and all they have mentioned is they can help me with the bail but the charges will be around 15k, not a proper legal adviceEThere were no summons or notices issued to me to appear. I contacted one lawyer who is near the court and he said I can only bail you out, nothing else.ENo, I did not, the police guy told me kotak does this to everyone, he showed me the warrants of others as well and they always choose Calcutta court to harrass even more
