For contested divorce you can file even one day after wedding. For mutual divorce you need to wait for a year (there are some loopholes in it too)

The best way forward is to distance yourself and it might sound cruel but also your husband from his family. Legally you can file a case on MIL and SIL for domestic violence (mental harassment)
