I’m sure, no matter how corrupt these companies are, they won’t be doing such a job.

I have Airtel. So many times when I’m hearing the announcements and in between the person picks up. I’ve never heard the full announcement ever cause whoever I call, they pick up in one ring or two

I think while it’s making announcements, in the background, the other person phone is ringing. If they pick up in between, the announcement stops and you can make out how it works.

Just because the other person picks up the phone late, doesn’t mean the network is making us wait.
