If he got enough proof then yes he could get bail. If he can’t provide any proof then no
It’s best to engage with a lawyer. There might be many things that they will look and suggest to do to get out of this mess.

April 7, 2025 at 9:13 amNot a lawyerYou are mixing two things
1. Willingness of a woman to work or not
2. Providing maintenance after divorce/during divorceMaintenance is given taking many things into consideration. The women’s educational background and ability to provide for herself. Plus the strain maintenance will have on the man. If the man is able to prove that the woman from her own wish is not working then the court will give the decision.
But it happens in the rarest of the rare cases. Most of the women get alimony.

April 7, 2025 at 4:58 amShe can file the case, as her complaint act as evidence. But it would be better if we have additional proofs. The above proof are ok and it will be better if she got any medical record from doctor, be it a slip or medical record.
As police will try to first solve it at their end,but if there is enough proof then they need to act on it.

April 7, 2025 at 4:07 amNot a lawyerShe needs to have proof of beating, be it medical bills, doctors record or any video or voice recording of the abuse.
Then she can file a formal complaint with the police.
Also, remember once police case is filed she needs to say good bye to marriage.

April 6, 2025 at 5:06 amYou will still be considered a legal father as you two were husband and wife. The logic is any kid born in a marriage, the husband is the father.

Better to approach a local lawyer. And they will be able to guide you better on how to handle the local cops.
