April 19, 2025 at 8:47 amNAL.In case of a crisis of this kind,
– Lay low, deactivate all social media (if not delete it).
– Hire a good lawyer to try and reduce the severity of consequences, because there are surely going to be quite a handful of those.Rest everything depends on the severity of damages caused to the company. If it was something business critical, he might be looking to pay heavy damages.

March 1, 2025 at 12:16 pmMy friend got married recently to the girl he loved, in their case they have faced a very similar situation, just that instead of acid there was a licensed gun involved. It is very important to keep you cool and play the waiting game in this case. Parents tend to cool down with time. Also, considering your stellar profile and earning capability this transition might even be faster.
I can only advise based on my experiences, as I dont know anyone in this dynamic personally to ascertain how they might react.
As far as it comes to law, people have already provided good responses. But once you go the legal route understand that you might permanently close some important doors.
All the very best to both of you, hope both of you prevail over this! Tough situation to be in.

Consult a lawyer on legalities on what constitutes a transfer (gift, sale, etc).
Wording used in the official Bylaws and subsequent minutes of meeting will be crucial in this case.
