If the facts are as you say then yes. I’ve been involved with a lot of consumer cases and generally people get compensation in terms of mrp of the item and a little bit of interest. But again you can go through their terms and conditions once before starting the litigation journey, it’ll help you.

Yes it seems that way, try contacting a decent lawyer and send him a notice, it won’t be very financially draining.

See this is not legal advice here. If you want I can go through your contract and let you know in detail. Otherwise the general rule here is that the termination should be in accordance with the contract and it will not be questionable if the employment contract is in line with local State law(yes few of the labour law labour and employment policy differ from state to state). Hope this helps.

Lawyer here, read your employment contract, see the termination and resignation clause what does it say. Arey you on probation? Do you need to pay some fee for not serving notice period? Did they give you any kind of technical training that they might legally ask you to pay for? These are the questions you should look for.

Lawyer here, relinquishment deed might work and ancestral rights can be surrendered but it’s a whole long and detailed process because anything can be challenged in a court of law and since it’s a ancestral property she has a legal right so definitely it can be challenged in the future, that why you need to detail oriented, get the relinquishment deed drafted by a lawyer.

Lawyer here, you can sue them and it might or might not work but the thing to note here is please don’t register a consumer complaint on your own as it is supposed to be technical especially in your case, like, it should be drafted according to the paper’ work and proof you have. Contract a lawyer show him your documents and get his opinion.

Lawyer here, well notarize agreement in not exactly necessary but you should read the agreement and clause that concerns the security deposit and after that if you still feel you haven’t done anything wrong then contact a lawyer, send a notice and initiate civil proceedings. In most of the cases people know what they are doing wrong and just the notice or summons might be enough to get the money back.

That’s sad, I think you should probably check with your lawyer or get a new one. And what’s the concerned district? I can share with you the link and you can check the case status and purpose for the next hearing on your own.

Legally speaking you need to issue the termination letter as soon as possible stating the exact reason for the same. Moreover since he worked on for 2-3 months then probably he might be on probation (if it’s included in the employment contract). And lastly in some contracts there is a necessity to serve notice or period or pay a fine so I think you should act according to the termination clause in the contract.

Yea that’s a little intimidating but you have to understand not everything goes to court, sometimes a legal notice helps sometimes mediation and what not. I can help you just let me know what you need.

Hey, lawyer here. I think you can engage a decent lawyer and get the money back with interest if the scenario is as you say. However it totally depends on the contract both the parties consented to.
