FI think when op was 19 his uncle made an FD in his account and somewhere down the line his uncle got arrested and used that FD as a garentee for bail ( not sure if his uncle is currently out on bail or not) but op accidentally broke that FD . Hence the questionFWhile what you say is true regarding blatant misogyny in society , you cannot cure one evil by introducing another. The reason misandrist law exist is because our simple minded gov and judiciary does not know how to tackle the misogyny , so they come up with a lazy solution of misandry…look at alimony for example , alimony is most basic tool needed for upliftment of women specially homemaker, but our system failed to regulate it properly and now scum women and lawyers take advantage of men while women in tier 3 cities and village keep suffering.FI don’t think so , by that logic homemaker won’t be able to claim property share but they do ( if baught after marriage)FNAL but I think it matters a lot weather the said properties were acquired by husband after marriage or before marriage ..if bought before marriage then i don’t think she can directly claim the property but ask for alimony ( one time or monthly ) on basis of net worth and assets held by husband , hope the women is demanding what she rightfully deserves and is not abusing the laws.
