FBecause this happened in bus, no violence was involved moreover police wasn’t interested or it was relavent to for an fir, so the filed an NC, and released me on notice, after 20 days they called me and asked to sign bond in dcp office, after that i have never received any fir copy, any court summons nor any calls its been 55 days from the incident todayFHe said NC hai kuch nahi hua bhul jaa mai dekh lunga, he is not a criminal lawyer but he works in my dads firm takes cares of legal there, this incident has shaken my confidence I don’t feel good, i feel so helpless. I don’t talk to anyone avoiding meeting girls i was talking to, earlier I wanted to meet more girls date hookup but now I can’t even think that way only thing that comes to my head is if they turn against my life will be screwedFWon’t be doing it buddy but these thoughts were striking so i just wrote, now im not able to trust my friends and exFBus has camera but not working secondly, i have a negotiator with police so basically he does all the work which police does not want to be seen as doing. We asked him to share copy he said ruk chedo mat, agar NC hoga toh khatam ho jaiga im not sure if FIR is there nc is there because i went to dcp to sign bond, wishing nc ho fir na hoFI can’t afford a good lawyer I don’t wanna drag it for years spent my prime years running to court and paying fees
