Why of course it is medical malpractice , besides being completely unethical. It is absolutely unethical for a doctor to write a prescription even before hearing the patient history. Also bullying a teenager doesnt nt cater to differing opinion , especially if you are a psychiatrist , whose literal job is to help someone who has already been mistreated enough by life?

i dont want sugar coated words either , bu atleast listen to the symptoms and cater to your patients needs before passing a judgement?
