3. File a police complaint. Sexual harassment under IPC Section 354A, criminal intimidation under Section 506, and if heās contacting you with threatsāSection 509 (outraging the modesty of a woman). This isnāt corporate policyāitās a criminal offense.
4. Make the company pick a sideāwith consequence. Give them a chance to fix it. If they donāt, you slam them with a lawsuit and expose them publicly. Their brand image will bleed. No CEO wants to be the face of a #MeToo scandal in 2025.
5. Power is perception. Donāt play defense. Be the guy they didnāt expect to come swinging.
