FQuick question, if you have some time please answer. Thank you.As per my understanding, If the child wants any other contract between parents can be terminated as this limits the child’s right to inheritance ( based on the observation of the Hon. Court) + Personal Law Hindu/Muslim will also favor the child.
Also as he will not tell his parents, thus the grandparent will not exclude them in the will and then they can claim the inheritance under the Mitakshara law?
