FChild is the responsibility of both the parents, not just husband or just wife. Husband and wife both are liable to contribute for a child’s wellbeing. Neither the Husband, nor the wife is financially responsible for each other eternally, but only till the other one can get back on their feet.The wife can avail the usual legal remedies for alimony and maintenance for herself as per the requisite acts, but if the husband’s lawyer is smart, the wife is not going to get any money immediately and even if she gets it, it would probably not be as per the expectations. Either way, both parties would need to pick themselves up and plan for the next step

Visit a local court sometimes.Once the wife and her family is eliminated, there is no one to run the case. Police, lawyer, judge gets bribed and case is disposed soon

Nothing to worry about. It’s just a game of patience and a few tricks.
Your problem is not the tenant. There are several tenants like these who play such mischief. Your problem is the judge and mainly your advocate.
Find a new advocate for the appeal, preferably withing your network who has experience with such cases. They would know about how to nullify all tricks of tenants. Read up online on how these games are played. Educate yourself on tenancy related laws and guide your lawyer if needed.
Don’t take stress with this. You will gain possession very soon. Your family is still the owner.
Give this less than 1% of your time and energy and focus on your life.
