Police will file an FIR against anyone.

Imo, surrogacy is costlier in other countries.

Always have a trusted lawyer number with you and use him/her to review documents etc.

Also never trust anyone blindly.

You can’t.

In other countries there is an unilateral divorce.

In India, unilateral divorces can take a lot of time especially if the instigator is male.

My friend was asked to pay 40 Lakhs, he negotiated it down to 18 Lakhs.

The girl agreed since she wanted to move on.

Doesn’t your ex-wife want to move on ?
