What if all deliberately deny to sign it? As they all don’t want us to take our share in the plot.

Dimensions can be fixed here. For example if you have a plot aligned by the road, then all the people will want to take the road’s side, then you will be left with only one option , to divide the plot in a specific way that everyone gets road’s side. The case is same here.ย

Also , suppose that after division i don’t get the plot which I sold earlier to the buyer, because a family member asked for the same plot for himself. Why can’t I ask the same question to him?ย

As I told people and old men have already sold large areas before us.

The problem is that others dont want us to take any share in that. If we leave that they will be happy. If we try to sell it, they will not sign noc. We also tried to divide the property by arranging a meeting of all shareholders, but they willingly didnt come.

Yeah, so that I can have the same as a proof. Thank you very much, I’ll be contacting a lawyer soon. My problem was ,infact it is, that we can’t spend too much on a small plot, on the fees of a lawyer. Also I’m too naive in these field of work, ie property deals and disputes. So idk what will be his next move ,if he has something to involve me in further legal troubles.

Also the area ,the village is currently facing Hindu-muslim disputes , so I want to solve the matter without too much legalities. Can one notice solve this or he can stretch the thing further with some legal tools?

Also what if I find that the rates are now increased 1.5x ? Should I ask him more or what? I mean is it my right to ask him more money or should I stick to the one year old agreement?
