try sending it to another account of yours first.

also after sending that 10,000 the balance will remain the same in your account

same thing happened with my friend account, the amount doesn’t show up but when you will transfer 10,000 to some another account. It will be a successful transaction, try sending it to another account. Many banks facing this issue these days
