I might be naive. But an Indian company is involved in taking sidekicks and sharing with his global colleagues. In India, I doubt if there is a norm to punish them. But whether global setups to encourage sidekicks. Whether developed nations too encourage sidekicks and ignore such activity. Seeking advice to expose these people and bring them in public. Need advice. What are the possibilities.
