      Dude has gone out of his way to post this. OP, just one injection for anemia will not cause a fluid buildup in the lungs. A sudden drop in saturation is most likely due to a pulmonary embolism, which could be caused by an underlying heart disease (?maybe chronic anemia causing heart failure). Ik you’re grieving, but make sure you know that facts first before you set upon this trail.

        I don’t think so man. I’ve never bothered to check what happens after. But from what our police connect guy told me, police come and ask for the reason of suicide. They take it much more seriously when a recently married (< 7 years) lady attempts suicide (? Dowry attempts).

          Doctors cannot charge bribes to treat poisoning patients. They however have to report the case to the police station, and police do their thing.

            I must also start doing this in OPD. Charge for every minute the patient spends with me.
