Next time when someone is honking too much. Give the vehicle space, might be in an emergency or some goon.

I have faced this. When the guy was brake checking me, I stopped near the roadside took a breather and drank water and then resumed the way to the destination.
NAL, but I guess those people are linked with police and political people so nothing could be done.
