NAL. If it’s resignation then they won’t have to pay u. If it’s a firing or layover then they must compensate you. This is based on what I’ve seen in the industry. Just make sure to get all the exit documents properly.

Don’t worry they might try to intimidate you but don’t get scared. They use these foul practices especially with freshers all the time.

NAL. No need to worry if you don’t need the exit documents and have no intention of joining them again in the near future. Other than that they can’t/won’t do shit.

I have the recording of their kids damaging my car but the police aren’t doing anything even with that. And the threats have been made near their house so it’s very difficult to record anything. I have tried giving just the audio recording but the police once again just told me that “Isse kuch nhi hoga, aap time barbad mat karo humara”.
