yes. i did plan to do so later but she’s been going all hyper about how I’ll have to clear my dues and all when we had a talk earlier that in case i do vacate she’ll adjust the rent with the security. now, im sure she’s trying to claim normal wear and tear damage as ours so she can claim the security amount.

i did not issue a notice per se. i just verbally told her I’ll be mailing it to her later today and am preparing to evacuate the flat a month later (which i have to do as per the agreement). then she got super hyper and it was an hour long argument after that.

just came back from the bank. they said ki your atm card should be showing as a current account under your name. the current account number should match with your debit/ncmc card and is to be ignored. no charges besides the card fee (if any) will be levied.

I have mailed about the same to the bank, but that service is pretty much useless. The mail response from the bank was to visit the branch. The RN did not pick up my call either. I was supposed to go to the branch earlier last week but fell sick so will do so either tomorrow or the day after. Will share what to do if they tell me.
