how do u just keep sending money like that? if 1 transaction is not complete atleast try to check the status of that transaction contact the bank whatever.
You can make a mistake once twice or thrice, but this is beyond stupidity….6 lakhs dafuq?Him talking from my own experience of 498A, I rushed and filed for quashing in High court and nothing happened! The judge said let them submit Chargesheet first be filed then we can see.
Paid almost 1 n half lakh as well to the lawyers still didnt get quashed. Later on when I discussed with other lawyers they told me that 90% of time judges wont allow quashing before chargesheet is even filed especially in these type of cases and unless you have sufficient proof to prove that the case is completely fabricated…..:)Hbtw for quashing too, you will need sufficient proof to prove that this case is fabricated against them. Else it wont be quashed and will drag along.Hand btw dont trust lawyers blindly, they are also vultures trying to take advantage of the situation and loot money from victims like us. Always double check, think and act. Take a second opinion if in doubt.Hyou can file for quashing anytime, but if you do that before a charge sheet is even filed, then judge will put it on hold as the chargesheet is not even ready! Talking from my own experience!So Id suggest to wait till the chargesheet is submitted which will take a long time…..unless this Acp is really behind you. Let they submit and then you can deal with it. Court proceedings are really slow, Id suggest to not come back till things are in control.
HI have gone through all this and I can agree to the above comment. There is no law or anything to protect us. The only thing you can do is defend. Nobody is going to arrest you or do anything. Simply dont do anything or run to the court and put yourself in trouble. The case proceedings take a long time. Just mind your business, nothing is gona happen unless you really did something wrong. Like physical assault, etc.Hif you marry this girl, she will surely threaten you lifelong with false cases. Dont submit and fall for her and please handle her with all seriousness dont screw up your life or react emotionally. Think and act on each step and keep a distance slowly slowly she will go away.Hand what she couldn’t prove was domestic violence case, where she claimed 1.5 lakh maintenance per month and a 38 lakh compensation. This case was primarily dismissed because we asked her to submit the affidavit of her income from UK and she didnt appear in any of the hearings thereafter.H498A case is still not over, its still pending in court.
There is not a single piece of evidence against me, neither have I taken a penny as dowry, infact she looted me before marriage and even took the wedding thaali and some ornaments of my mom and left the house. Then filed all these cases and left the country demanding maintenance, sadly I was born and brought abroad so I didnt know the laws here are very women centric. There is no equality concept here, men are considered as evil/criminals until proven innocent.. 🙂HEven if the 2nd party don’t show up? Then why didn’t I get it on the day of second motion 06th Jan and gave them more time?HOur lawyer told the same on 06th January too, but on 06th that didn’t happen because the other party didn’t show up. Since this is a mutual divorce, shouldn’t both parties be present for 2nd motion was my question. If they don’t turn up, would it extend again or would the case be dismissed? I don’t want to start the divorce procedure again as contested now..
