Also sometimes to do nothing, takes a very strong man.

He can be booked for obscenity. It will depend on media and public outrage that what is done. But honestly, he is rich and it will make him more famous. If you are rich, you can do almost anything. Nothing much will happen to him till people stop following him.

You approached the situation wrong.Anyways you can lodge a complaint or FIR in police station.
The longer you take the weaker your case.
Try to make police charge for assault and theft.
As you have been injured you can also get MLC which will make your case strong.
Before doing all this – Ask yourself, is this all worth it?

Yes – as per Hindu law it’s husband duty to provide for wife with only exceptions like wife living separate out of own will, adultery etc.
Reach out to a lawyer, get him a simple notice and only this much will be enough for getting his pants wet.
