So you mean, the same happened to you, in my case the customer care executive directly said that they can’t provide refund because I returned wrong product

I didn’t, but amazon is still showing that my parcel was picked up, and also I have call recording of pickup person calling me for it

I received no email, but the status shows that the product was picked on 19th jan on Amazon app, also I have call recording of the pickup person asking me to give pickup product and invoice of it

Oo thank you, can you tell me what are the outcomes of complaints generally, because I previously thought NCH was enough but it wasn’t helpful at all, also what documents do I need
